Founded in 2003, La Caravane des dix mots (The Ten Words Caravan) is a cultural, artistic, and linguistic project designed as a tool for exchange and expression for everyone, including populations sometimes far removed from access to educational or cultural resources. Based on a playful, creative, and artistic approach to the French language, the Caravan’s work promotes the development of every individual and champions the values of sharing, exchange, encounter, and dialogue.
Using a roundabout approach to the French language, the Caravan of Ten Words contributes to a better mastery of the language, facilitating everyone’s expression, fostering greater social cohesion, and combating discrimination. It encourages people to connect with one another, revealing the diversity of language expressions and practices. Conceived as a space for exchange, the Caravan of Ten Words uses French, a shared language and common good, as a bridge to other languages and cultures, discovering the richness of our complementarity.
