Thierry Auzer
Chairman / Managing Director
A musician and later an actor, with a passion for Commedia dell’arte, he founded the Théâtre des Asphodèles theatre company in Lyon in 1992. Now director of the Théâtre des Asphodèles – which is both a theatre company and a cultural venue – he is the founder of the ‘Caravane des dix mots’ project.
Léa Darcq
Educational and Cultural Project Manager
A graduate in Italian Studies and Modern Philology, she regards languages as bridges to a better understanding of the world, as well as of her own language and culture. She has developed an intercultural and multilingual approach. At the Caravane des dix mots, she is responsible for implementing educational and cultural initiatives, helps organise the 2026 Languages Biennale, and coordinates educational and international projects.

Christine Perego
Educational Coordinator
With a PhD in language and culture teaching, she is a teacher and trainer of French as a foreign language (FLE) and works with the ‘Caravane des dix mots’ to develop training programmes and promote linguistic and cultural diversity.
Didier Martin
Educational facilitator
A senior citizen, volunteer and advocate for social solidarity. 40 years’ experience teaching French as a foreign language abroad (at Alliances Françaises and the cultural services of embassies) and in France (UPE2A). Active with the Caravane des dix mots and AGIRabcd, a recognised public-interest organisation.

International Network Coordinator
A socio-cultural facilitator at the Huy Cultural Centre (Belgium),he joined the Caravane des dix mots just over two years ago.Impressed by the richness of the project, he has gradually become more involved in the life of the association, supporting the team with tasks relating to coordination, managing the international network and securing funding.

Communications Assistant
Having completed a Master’s degree in marketing, she has been studying for a Master’s degree in culture since October and has joined our organisation for her end-of-year work placement as part of the Civic Service scheme. Passionate about culture and communications, she brings enthusiasm and curiosity to this wonderful journey with us.
